As a software project coordinator, you will be responsible for leading the team in the software department, formulating strategic goals for the entire team, distributing and controlling the efficiency of work and collaboration on them.

Typical activities and job description:

• Working with individual team members on a regular basis
• Suggesting process changes and their active implementation, control, etc., which lead to greater efficiency
• Evaluating the performance of subordinates, motivating and developing them
• Resolving unexpected situations and problems
• Financial control of work efficiency and overall evaluation of revenues
• Active communication with German colleagues and customers
• Traveling to the parent company

The place of work is Chomutov and the surrounding area, Schwäbisch Hall, Germany.

Requirements

• knowledge of financial policy and controlling, general knowledge of programming, basic knowledge of databases and computer communication, knowledge of HW and SW, adaptability (flexibility), coping with stressful situations, communication skills, organizational skills, processing an idea into an intention or concept, trust in the ability of others, ability to motivate others, natural authority, responsibility, willingness to travel
• active knowledge of English, driving license B
